As a creative agency, we here at Boomerang cover a host of different services, from graphic design to web development and digital marketing. As a collective we get asked a multitude of questions from different outlets, so where better to answer them than here?

How do you keep clients happy & how do you keep them coming back?

 We pride ourselves in building great relationships with our clients and understanding their business. This helps us to work together to deliver high quality results that exceed the client’s needs. Normally at Boomerang, the relationships we build with our clients leave them coming back to work with us. Usually this includes website updates, making changes they propose to us, marketing campaigns or help with advertising.

  • Marketing: Our in-house Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) specialists have over 20 years’ experience ensuring potential customers find your site via their chosen search engine. Additionally, we partner with some of the leading digital platforms to ensure we deliver in-depth analysis and metrics to help you see how your website is performing.  What advice would you give to someone like me to succeed in your field?

One of the most important aspects of being successful in the creative industry is enthusiasm for the job, when you love what you do, that radiates through your work. Building your network with fellow creatives is also important; this will aid you in the future in regards to clients, partners and colleges. Confidence is key in this industry, don’t be afraid to put yourself out there and showcase your work, you never know what could help you make your big break.
