We are an ambitious and fast-moving design agency, and due to this pace, we are now seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager who has solid experience within the creative industry.
About the New Business Development Manager
As Business Development Manager, you will work alongside the Managing Creative Director and help shape and implement the new business strategy. You will become the face of the business and must be a confident people focused individual - well versed in social, events, workshops, calls, email, networking, etc. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, prepared to get stuck in and potentially open new markets that complement existing targets.
What we are looking for in the New Business Development Manager
Min 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Highly organised with excellent communication skills
Proven track record of building business and meeting or exceeding growth targets
Able to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of revenue
Ability to track and analyse conversion rates
The ideal candidate will also have a keen creative eye
Must hold a full driving licence
